まいにち五十音　く　くたくた

よく料理のレシピを見ると
くたくたになるまで煮るって
書いてあったりしますが
一体、どのくらいの状態を
さすのでしょうね。
何となくは分かるのですが
「あ、ここが最もくたくた」という
ポイントみたいなものもあるのかな。

Although I saw often the word “simmer” in the cooking recipes,
I can not understand that means what is the condition.
I get it for some reason,
but This point is best simmer point, I think.
